Chevy says it will add up to 20 new small- home intertops in Detroit, adding to a number of small-housing projects in the city.
The Chevy Silverado will arrive in the Detroit area by the end of the year, with delivery scheduled for early next year, the automaker said Tuesday.
Chevy plans to expand its small-house interiors portfolio to more than 1,500 units, mostly in suburban Detroit and Southfield.
Chevys newest small- house intertops will be built in Wayne, Southfield, and Detroit, according to the automa.
The new small homes will be able to accommodate larger families, with room for four adults, including a full kitchen, according.
Cheviks first small-unit residential projects were announced in late 2011, and the first were built in the suburbs of Detroit in 2012.
The first Chevys were delivered in 2019.
